In this online course, you'll learn everything you need to play songs on the ukulele.
Whether you want to sing and strum your favourite songs, or play melodies on the ukulele, this course will teach you how.
You will learn:
- How to properly hold the ukulele
- How to tune the ukulele
- How to properly press the strings
- How to strum and pluck
- How to play any ukulele chord
- How to find the chords for any song you want
- How to play: "Happy Birthday", “Mary Had a Little Lamb”, “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star”, “Amazing Grace”, “Jingle Bells”, + “Ode to Joy”
- How to read chord charts
- How to read number charts
- How to read and play tab
- How to play several strumming patterns
👉🏽 By the end of this course, you will be set up to learn chords + songs independently. You'll get all the tools you need to become a confident ukulele player!
COURSE DETAILS
The course includes 16 video lessons (5-12 minutes long) and a Course Workbook that has all the music and instructions you need for the course. The video lessons are broken down into “bite sized” pieces. Each lesson teaches a specific concept and includes a homework exercise.
FACEBOOK GROUP
In the private Facebook group, you can post your homework from each day to get feedback from Lindsay and support from the other members (this part is optional but a lot of fun!).
LIVE CALLS
Twice during the course, participate in a LIVE CALL where you can get your questions answered in real time from Lindsay.
